Perform your normal hygiene routine – shower, shave, and brush your teeth.  Remain naked, kneel in front of your mirror, or set up your phone to take a video, and recite the following mantra twenty (20) times:

“I have promised to serve Mistress Brie.  I will follow through with my commitment.”

When you are finished you will upload the video (if you took one) to your cloud storage.  If you wrote your mantra, take a picture and upload it to the same.  You may dress comfortably today.
