Morning Routine

Perform your normal hygiene routine, but you are not allowed to use hot water at any point – shower, shave, and brush your teeth.  Remain naked, kneel in front of your mirror set up your phone to take a video, and recite the following mantra twenty (30) times:

“I will suffer for my failures and become better.”

When you are finished you will upload the video (if you took one) to your cloud storage.  If you live alone, you are not allowed clothes today, and you may not turn on the television.

“I am imperfect and prone to failure.  I will confess my sins and await my punishment.”

When you are finished you will upload the video (if you took one) to your cloud storage.  You may dress comfortably today.
