Your task for this week: Fitness


Join a gym.  Any gym will do, but the best option is a Pilates or yoga studio, even Barre; something where the clientele is predominantly women, as are the instructors.  If you join something like a Planet Fitness or OneLife, look for one that offers group classes – again, you want yoga, Pilates, or boot camp classes, preferably with female instructors.  In addition to physical fitness, the goal here is to make friends and develop relationships that will keep you accountable and coming back, so you avoid the usual brief burst of activity and then quickly abandon the program when things get in the way.  For all you singles, who knows where this might take you ;)


If you don’t have the budget for a gym membership I expect you to work out at home.  Running is a great way to stay in shape, and there are thousands of free “couch to 5K” type plans online. There are also any number of YouTube channels with free workout videos – Blogilates is a great one to start.  If you work out alone, develop a training plan that you can follow

Morning Routine



Perform your normal hygiene routine – shower, shave, and brush your teeth.  Trim that bush again today; proper maintenance is key.  Remain naked, kneel in front of your mirror set up your phone to take a video, and recite the following mantra thirty (30) times:

“Dignity is something my Mistress can deny or bestow at her whim.”


But this time, take those panties you wore yesterday and put them on over your face.  Make sure the gusset is right over your mouth and nose.  Tell me - can you smell your disgusting crotch?  Can you taste your cock?  Is it making you hard?

Put on a fresh pair of panties and enjoy your day.

Perform your normal hygiene routine – shower, shave, and brush your teeth.  Remain naked, kneel in front of your mirror set up your phone to take a video, and recite the following mantra thirty (30) times:

“I will instantly and willingly obey any and all orders from women.”


When you are finished you will upload the video (if you took one) to your cloud storage. 

Do you like what you see when you look in the mirror?   I see plenty of room for improvement.

Your bed should still be made from last night, so no need to make it again.  Put on a fresh pair of panties and enjoy your day.

Sleep Tight



You should have a nice, neatly made bed waiting for you to go to sleep tonight.  Except I think it's too nice for you.  And we wouldn't want to waste all your hard work would we?

So tonight you're sleeping on the floor.  You can take a pillow from someplace else, and even use a blanket if you have extra, but no messing up that bed!

When you’re done, remain naked, kneel in front of your mirror, or set up your phone to take a video, and recite the following mantra twenty (20) times:

“Women are superior to men, and submitting to them is only natural.”

When you are finished you will upload the video (if you took one) to your cloud storage.  If you wrote your mantra, take a picture and upload it to the same.  You may dress comfortably today, but you will wear the new panties you should have purchased this past weekend.

Make your bed before you leave the house today.
